Manual review of extensive logs made it harder to identify potential issues quickly in trading applications.

What I built

A Python tool that automated log parsing and issue identification, with alert mechanisms to notify stakeholders in real time.

The result

Reduced manual monitoring effort and supported faster incident response, proactive trend identification, and application reliability.

Level 2 and Level 3 support for OpenText Solution Business Manager (SBM), spanning application, database, and infrastructure issues.

  • Investigate product defects and performance issues using application, Tomcat, IIS, and database logs.
  • Troubleshoot SAML, SSO, Microsoft Entra ID, REST and SOAP integrations, and workflow automation.
  • Support Windows Server, Linux, SQL Server, and Oracle environments through upgrades, hotfixes, migrations, and validation.
